It took forty minutes waiting in the phone queue to book an appointment. Then I was sent a message to say the call would be at 10.20, so my wife took time off work to be with me to help with the phone call. However, I did not receive the call until mid - afternoon. It would have been helpful for someone at the surgery to message me to let me know the change of plan, rather than keep me waiting for 5 hours.

As above- keep me informed of changes of schedules

This was not an appointment I had requested personally,it was a medication review. I found Dr Woolaston very proactive in her approach and made me feel listened to and valued as her patient.

On this occasion nothing.

We are very lucky to have Glebe surgery. The staff are very dedicated to their patients.

Unless an emergency it is difficult to get a same day face to face appointment these days. Which I fully appreciate given the pressures on our health service and Doctors. A telephone appointment is ok but seeing a Dr is much nicer

Although I had to wait four weeks for my telephone appointment with my GP I’m more than happy with the time and care given by Dr Woodhams
